We measure our employees’ sense of belonging on a regular basis through our engagement survey and report on our I&B progress annually. Our achievements have received global recognition.

These groups also play a key role in the local promotion of STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) to inspire the next generation and contribute to a more diverse industry in the future.
