 While our approach to I&B is global, it is put into practice in various ways depending on local considerations.  

Since I&B is at the core of who we are, employees have access to specific training in this regard. This reflects our global approach and commitment while taking into account local needs.

We are proud of our dynamic employee groups around the world, in which individuals can share experiences and celebrate differences.  Our employee groups are open for all our employees to join and take part.
These groups also play a key role in the local promotion of STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) to inspire the next generation and contribute to a more diverse industry in the future.
